Because custom pieces require time and precision, we recommend booking your design well in advance whenever possible. However, we understand that sometimes special occasions arise unexpectedly. Our Rush Order Service is available for clients who need their custom garment completed within a shorter timeframe. Rush Order Options 14-Day Rush Service Additional $150 Your custom garment will be prioritized and completed within approximately 14 days, depending on the design complexity. 7-Day Rush Service Additional $300 For urgent requests, garments can be completed within 7 days. This option is limited and subject to designer availability. Rush Order Guidelines • Rush services must be approved before booking. • Full payment may be required for rush orders before work begins. • Fabric availability may affect rush order eligibility. • Some complex couture designs may not qualify for rush services.
