Whether you’re attending a birthday celebration, photoshoot, wedding, girls’ night, or a statement-making event, Diva by Te’meka gives you access to exclusive, high-impact designs that embody confidence, femininity, and presence. Each piece is thoughtfully curated to celebrate curves and elevate your moment. You get the luxury look, the perfect fit, and the freedom to return it once you’ve made your statement. Cancellation Policy
At Diva by Te’meka, we provide statement pieces for unforgettable moments. To ensure a seamless experience for all clients, please review our booking policy carefully before reserving your garment. Booking & Payment A non-refundable booking fee of $150 is required to reserve your garment rental. Rental pricing starts at $150+, depending on the garment selected. Full payment (rental fee + deposit) is required at the time of booking to secure your date. Security Deposit A $150 refundable security deposit is required for all rentals. The deposit will be returned within 3–5 business days after the garment is returned, inspected, and confirmed to be in its original condition. Rental Period Standard rental period is 2–3 days (or as agreed upon at booking). Garments must be returned on or before the agreed return date. Late Returns Late returns will incur a $50 per day late fee. If the garment is not returned within 5 days, it will be considered lost, and the client will be charged the full replacement value. Garment Care & Responsibility Clients are responsible for the garment from the time of pickup/delivery until it is returned. Please handle all items with care—no alterations, cutting, or permanent changes are allowed. Damages Minor damages or excessive wear will result in a $75 damage fee. Major damage (including stains, tears, burns, or missing components) may result in partial or full forfeiture of the security deposit, plus any additional repair or replacement costs. Cleaning All garments are professionally cleaned by Diva by Te’meka. Do not attempt to wash or dry clean the garment yourself. Cancellations & Rescheduling All booking fees are non-refundable. One-time rescheduling is allowed with at least 72 hours’ notice, subject to availability. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the rental date will result in forfeiture of all payments made. Fittings & Consultations (Optional but Recommended) Fittings are available by appointment to ensure the best fit and styling. Late arrivals to appointments may result in reduced fitting time or rescheduling. Pickup & Return Pickup and return details will be provided at booking. A valid ID may be required at pickup. Agreement By booking with Diva by Te’meka, you acknowledge and agree to all terms outlined above.
